The CPHC started as a group of small schooling shows in 1979.  The goal of the CPHC was to bring quality horse shows to the area that were within the Central Pa. region at a reasonable cost.  We have grown to include both schooling and USEF rated horse shows to meet the goals and needs of the exhibitors and their horses.
